  1. flag someone — a name, a warm intro, a "you two should talk." one whatsapp to me. that's the whole ask.
  2. i take it from there — you never sell or chase unless you want to.
  3. if they become a client, you're tagged to that deal from day one — on the record.
  4. you get your % of what they pay, every month they stay — paid when i'm paid.
