A retreat center website that turns inquiries into bookings
Programs, spaces and dates people understand, a booking path that doesn't need you on WhatsApp all day, and AI help drafting replies from your own catalog for a person to approve.
The problem
At most retreat centers, every booking starts as a message on WhatsApp, Instagram or email. Each reply needs the right program, the right price and the right dates. Then someone has to send the quote, chase the deposit and follow up, usually by hand and usually from one person's phone. Enquiries get lost, quotes take days, and the calendar lives in a spreadsheet.
What I build
- The retreat center website. Your programs, rooms and spaces, dates, prices and how to get there, in English and Spanish, with a clear path to "book" or "get a quote".
- Booking and inquiries. Quoting, deposits, the calendar and visit booking in one flow. If you already use a retreat booking tool, I start from it instead of replacing it for the sake of it.
- A guest and members' area. Pre-arrival information, forms, schedules and, if you want one, a place for your community between retreats.
- AI tools. Help reading WhatsApp and email inquiries and drafting the reply from your own catalog, so follow-ups don't go missing. Nothing is sent without a person approving it.

- Membership. Every month I turn the top of your list into finished, live things, with upkeep included and a monthly call. Usually that means the website and booking first, then the inquiry tools, then the guest area. 3 months to start, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.
- It's yours. Everything runs in your own accounts, and I'm around when you want to add more.
