The problem
Most yoga teacher training schools run on a patchwork. One website explains the 200-hour course, a form collects applications, a spreadsheet tracks who has paid, payment links go out by hand, every cohort gets its own WhatsApp group, and the manuals sit in a shared drive. It holds together until enrollment opens. Then every question lands in your inbox, and the person who knows how it all fits together is you.
The same is true for breathwork teacher trainings, and for schools that run a yoga retreat alongside the training.
What I build
- The website. Clear pages for each training (200-hour, 300-hour, breathwork or retreat format) with dates, location, teachers, curriculum, prices and an FAQ, in English and Spanish, so a student can understand the course in a few seconds.
- Enrollment and booking. Application, deposit, payment plan and confirmation in one flow, so you're not copying details between forms, spreadsheets and payment links. If you already use a booking platform, I start from it instead of replacing it for the sake of it.
- A members' area for trainees. Manuals, recordings, the cohort schedule and announcements in one place they log into, on the web and on their phone.
- AI tools. An assistant grounded in your own manuals that answers trainee questions with a person approving what matters, plus help sorting the inbox and drafting replies. It only uses your material.

Book a 4-hour working session: we work on the most pressing thing together, and you leave with the work done and clear next steps. The $600 comes off follow-on work booked within 30 days.
- Membership. Every month I turn the top of your list into finished, live things, with upkeep included and a monthly call. Usually that means the website and enrollment first, then the members' area, then the AI tools. 3 months to start, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.
- It's yours. Everything runs in your own accounts, and I'm around when you want to add more.
